Eleanor Tatlock is an earnestly religious poet of the late eighteenth and early nineteenth century, with some humour and some feminist consciousness. She writes narrative poems, hymns, odes, and fables.
Milestones
26 April 1769 ET was born at Alverstoke in Hampshire, on the outskirts of Portsmouth, no doubt because of her father's naval employment. Bibliographic Citation link.
